1. Which Couriers Do We Use?
We use a combination of delivery partners to make sure your order is delivered fast and safely. We use a system that selects the best option determined by where you live, how much you've spent and which service you've opted for.
UK Customers: We use Royal Mail Signed for — if you do require anything else please do let us know.
International Customers: Most deliveries will be shipped via Royal Mail or a courier depending on the weight and value.If your parcel has been despatched using Royal Mail the parcel will arrive in your country and it will be passed on to an internal postal service and will be subject to their standard delivery procedures. Usually delivery will take 4 to 10 working days after despatch.
2. Shipping Times
If you order before 3pm, Moday to Friday we will ship your order the same day.
This service depends on,
1. Your order details pass our security checks.
2. It is not a UK National holiday such as a Bank Holiday Monday, Easter, Christmas etc.
3. No other points about your order that we have to clarify with you before despatch, where we maybe awaiting your response.
UK Standard Shipping takes 2 days, up to 4.
UK Next Business Day Shipping - 1 Working Day (Orders placed after 3pm on any Friday will be shipped on the following 'working' Monday)
UK Next Business Day - Timed Delivery - 1 Working Day with a given 1 hour delivery window during the day. This delivery window is emailed and text to you and includes the ability to change the time to one suitable to you.
International Shipping - Depending where you are in the world it can take anything from 2 days to 2 weeks.
3. Shipping Costs
Orders – £5
UK Offshore – (inc. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight) Please select UK mainland as your country, your shipping costs are the same as the rest of the UK.
Channel Islands £4.00 - (Guernsey and Jersey) Please select your country in the drop down.

Next Day Delivery is NOT guaranteed to the following postcodes and areas – Most of the Scottish Highlands, remote areas,also including HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB 15, 31, 33 – 38, 41, 44, 45, 51-56 (Most AB postcodes), BT, IM, JE, GY, PO (Isle of Wight), Channel Islands.
Other Shipping notes:
1. Orders placed after 3pm (Monday to Friday) will ship the next working day.
(Please note we do not offer a Guaranteed Saturday delivery). Please note we do not despatch orders on a Saturday. But we do pack orders on a Saturday ready to be despatched on the following Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Please Note, All first orders that are going to a separate delivery address, may take longer to process. We advise that all first orders should go to your Billing or Business address! If you are away from the delivery address our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery with the courier or allow you to pick up the order from the depot or sorting office. The courier has the right to attempt a delivery to a near by neighbour, rather than redelivering the next day.
2. Important – Please Note:
51 – 53 Store reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.
Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to replace the order to have the item re-shipped. If you require a refund on items returned by the courier this will be done minus the couriers fee.
If a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly. We will not hold any responsibility for this parcel. i.e. the customer will have to try and retrieve the parcel themselves at their cost.
3. Product Delivery Errors (UK and International)
Delivery errors must be reported within 1 day of date of delivery. All orders, are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse. If you are a UK customer and you have not received your order within 7 days of despatch date, then you must notify us within these 7 days. If you notify us after these 7 days then we will not be responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it lost/stolen.
4. We do not send to PO BOX addresses.
Tracking Your Order
Upon order will we send you an email with a full tracking code and link to the couriers website. If you select it during checkout, we can also text to your mobile phone the tracking number.
